Biography

Brazilian lawyer with experience in Investigations, Compliance and Securities Litigation. Astrid earned her LL.B. from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) in 2011, her Master of Laws (Corporate Law) from the Law School of University of São Paulo (USP) in 2016 and her LL.M. from Stanford Law School (Corporate Governance & Practice) in 2018. Besides working as a lawyer, Astrid has conducted extensive research in the field of state controlled corporations and has published articles and engaged in lectures on that topic.
