Biography

Chantelle is a lawyer (Queen’s Law ’95; Ontario '97), Talent Management leader, Ivey Business School Executive Coach and Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. For 20+ years, Chantelle served in senior talent management roles at top Canadian law firms and at the University of Toronto. Founding Inflection Point in 2022, Chantelle provides strategic consulting services, leadership resources and 1:1 coaching services to high-performance professional services clients. Chantelle’s practice includes many national law firms, Ivey Business School executive programs, top universities, engineering and finance clients. Chantelle serves as a coach and resource for the Women’s General Counsel Canada.
