Nathan Block
Biography
Nathan Block is a litigator and environmental attorney with 26 years of experience focused on remediation, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. He currently serves as discovery counsel for bp, managing a global team of e-discovery specialists and litigation paralegals. Since 2018, he has also been an adjunct professor of negotiation at the Univ. of Houston Law Center. Nathan has been active in the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section (ENRLS) of the State Bar of Texas for more than 20 years including completing a term as ENRLS Chair in 2022. He currently the chairs the Texas Symposium on Climate Change and Energy Transition, a joint program of the ENRLS and the Texas Environmental Law Journal.
