Biography

Rachel is Clients and Markets Partner at Arthur Cox and is based in Dublin. She has been a partner in the firm for almost 20 years. Rachel sits on the firm’s Management Committee, as well as on the International, Conflicts Management, Sustainable Business and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Committees. Rachel principal focus is business development and she specialises in client engagement and development strategies to secure sustainable relationships and competitive advantage, domestically and internationally. Her areas of responsibility include strategic lead generation; strategic client account programmes and teams; client satisfaction, experience and value initiatives; marketing and business development programmes. Outside the firm, Rachel is a Pro-Chancellor at Trinity College Dublin, a member of the Government’s Review Group of Balance for Better Business and she also sits on the Steering Committee of the 30% Club in Ireland, which she chaired from 2019-2022. Rachel is a member of the Business Development and Marketing Sub-Committee of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee.
