Biography

Ramandeep Grewal is a partner in the Toronto, Canada office of Stikeman Elliott LLP. She is an accomplished and in-demand lawyer, as well as an author and speaker. She practices principally in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. She has counselled Canadian and international clients on a range of capital markets, corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including financial innovation and market structure initiatives. Outside her legal work, Raman is a supporter of the firm’s Women’s Initiatives, which aim to advance the next generation of women leaders. She recently received the Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching award, recognizing women who use their talent and influence to make a difference.
