Lucinda Soon

Biography

Lucinda is a regulatory solicitor, organisational psychologist, and academic. She brings together over a decade of legal policy experience in professional ethics and regulation with insights from psychology, sociology, and business management. Her interests focus on how human factors and organisational systems influence legal and ethical decision making, behaviour, and wellbeing in law, and how social science evidence and research can help shape effective policymaking in these areas. Alongside her academic research and teaching, Lucinda works with professional bodies, regulators, and international institutions on research and policy development, focusing on the above topics and their intersection with legal ethics and professionalism.
