Biography

Mels de Man began his career in 2020 at EY in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice in Rotterdam. In 2023, he worked in EY's Chicago office. Mels joined Hamelink & Van den Tooren in November 2024. He serves as a day-to-day tax advisor to multinational groups with significant operations in the Netherlands and advises on Dutch tax implications of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and intra-group restructurings. Mels graduated in Economics of Taxation and Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a member of the Netherlands Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
