Biography

Luis André serves as a tax advisor with a focus on international taxation, corporate transactions, tax planning, family and individual wealth protection, as well as tax controversies (both administrative and judicial). He advises local and foreign companies on tax matters, primarily in the banking and finance, retail, technology, hospitality, construction, and infrastructure sectors. His practice also includes international transactions, intercompany operations, tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and supporting both domestic and foreign investment in the country. He holds a Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and a Specialization Degree issued by the same institution. He is a speaker on tax matters and contributor to academic research. He has also acted as coach and judge in tax law debate competitions, such as the Tax Law Moot Court at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He is the National Reporter for the Tax Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) 2025-2026. He is also a member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and the Lima Bar Association (CAL).
