Biography

Maureen Ward is a leading commercial litigator and Partner at Bennett Jones with extensive experience leading high stakes fraud and asset recovery proceedings domestically and internationally. Maureen was ranked by Chambers & Partners in their 2023 & 2024 Global Guide for Asset Tracing & Recovery and Lexology Index 2025: Asset Recovery.
