Biography

Patricia Mastropierro is a partner in the International Practice Group at Haynes Boone, where she brings more than 29 years of experience advising clients on complex international transactions, aviation, and regulatory matters. She has developed deep experience in guiding major U.S. and foreign airlines through the legal and operational challenges of expanding and maintaining global operations, as well as in multijurisdictional M&A projects and complex transactions in Latin America. Patricia regularly counsels clients on cross-border commercial transactions and M&A in Latin America. In the aviation industry, Patricia provides regular advice on foreign regulatory compliance, airport access rights, slot allocations, permitting across diverse jurisdictions, and industry-specific issues regarding multijurisdictional compliance and transactions. Her practice includes strategic guidance on establishing and sustaining international operations, as well as navigating the legal and regulatory frameworks of more than 35 countries. She has served as trusted counsel to one of the largest U.S. airlines and its regional affiliates, managing a wide array of international legal issues and cross-border initiatives. Her work spans transactional, commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters, positioning her as a go-to advisor in international transactions and aviation space.
