Biography

Henrik Rossing Lønberg is a key player and house-hold name on the Danish M&A scene representing many prominent private equity funds and blue-chip corporations. Henrik is one of the most active and experienced legal advisors in the Nordics in terms of number of transactions (more than 265 transactions over the past 20 years) representing values of more than USD 50 billion (approximately EUR 43.3 billion) in the transactions with value disclosed.
