Biography

Partner in Garrigues Labour Department from 2017. He is an expert in litigation and has long experience acting as lawyer in court proceedings before all the Labour judicial and administrative bodies. He provides with strategic advising in labour matters and HHRR to the top-executives and RRHH Directors. He is an expert advising on the labor-law related aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) and on all of the processes deriving from such transactions: reorganizations and restructuring, business successions, harmonizing collective labor agreements, senior management contracts, etc.
