Sabrina A Bandali

Biography

Sabrina A. Bandali helps Canadian and international clients navigate a broad range of international trade and investment law matters: solving trade compliance challenges, responding to government enforcement actions, conducting internal investigations, and mitigating risks in supply chains. Her expertise extends to providing strategic advice related to tariff impacts, free trade and investment protection agreements, customs law, trade remedies, economic sanctions, export controls, supply chain/forced labour, foreign corrupt practices, and international disputes, including investment treaty arbitration. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, consumer products, retail/fashion, life sciences, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and agribusiness. A frequent speaker and expert, she has taught international and domestic anti-corruption law as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and has testified on trade matters before the House of Commons Committee on International Trade and the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
