Biography

Zach is a partner in the Construction Practice Group and International Arbitration practice at Troutman Pepper Locke. His practice focuses on construction-related disputes, and he specializes in complex domestic and international arbitration proceedings Zach has advised clients in connection with construction and infrastructure projects in the U.S., Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has significant experience representing owners, contractors, and suppliers/subcontractors in connection with disputes arising from a wide variety of construction projects including power plants, airports, commercial buildings, and other civil infrastructure works. Zach is also regular author and speaker in the field of construction and international arbitration and has been published in multiple academic and professional journals. He has also taught courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University.
