Mark Anthony Fulford
Biography
Mark A. Fulford is the Managing Partner of F Chambers Attorneys-at-Law and President of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association. A respected legal strategist and thought leader on law reform and artificial intelligence in legal practice, he represented the Turks and Caicos Islands at the African Bar Presidents’ Summit in Nairobi, engaging in high-level discourse on environmental justice and governance. At home, Fulford leads one of the jurisdiction’s most prominent law firms during a period of record growth, marked by 17 hotels under construction and over USD 4.1 billion in inward investment shaping the islands’ economic future. He also serves as Chairman of United Way Turks and Caicos Islands and Vice-Chair of the Turks and Caicos Islands Golf Association. His forthcoming work, “Law and Constitution of the Turks and Caicos Islands,” is a landmark study of constitutional governance within the British Overseas Territories.
