Biography

Evaldas Pocevičius is a Partner at TRINITI JUREX, where he leads the firm’s dispute resolution practice. He represents clients in complex commercial, corporate, and regulatory disputes, both in litigation and arbitration. His experience covers a broad spectrum of proceedings — from shareholder and management liability cases to M&A-related and contractual disputes — as well as regulatory litigation, including actions against the Bank of Lithuania and other supervisory authorities. Evaldas regularly acts as counsel in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, VCCA, and UNCITRAL rules, and is a recommended arbitrator at the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration. Known for his strategic, business-driven approach, he is valued for achieving efficient and commercially sound resolutions in high-stakes matters. Evaldas is also a member of the IBA Arbitration Committee, Litigation Committee as well as Asset Recovery Committee.
