Biography

Lucinda Soon is a solicitor of England and Wales, an organisational psychologist, and academic. She brings together over a decade of legal policy experience in professional ethics and regulation with insights from psychology and social science. Alongside academic research and teaching, Lucinda works with professional bodies, regulators, and international institutions on research and policy projects focused on the legal profession, lawyer/judicial ethics, professionalism, and wellbeing.
