Biography

As Head of EMEA Logistics & Industrial and Retail Research at leading global property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, Sally is responsible for delivering research, insight and thought leadership on EMEA logistics & industrial and retail property market dynamics and trends and providing clients with information to help them make well-informed, strategic decisions. Sally works with many different types of clients, including investors, developers and occupiers. With over 20 years experience, Sally is highly skilled in quantitative and qualitative analysis of property market dynamics and broader economic and sectoral trends. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sally was Head of Research at property investment fund manager Tritax Management, manager of Tritax Big Box REIT plc and Tritax Eurobox plc, from 2017 to 2019. From 2005 to 2017, Sally was Partner & Head of Industrial Research at Gerald Eve, responsible for extensive research and analysis including detailed research on market dynamics and performance indicators.
