Biography

Kathryn oversees Orchard Street’s approach to Responsible Investment to ensure delivery of meaningful social and environmental outcomes. She works across all client mandates from ESG integration to supporting the development and execution of the firm’s Impact strategies. Prior to joining Orchard Street in 2024, Kathryn led portfolio sustainability and social impact at Great Portland Estates (GPE), and previously held sustainability roles at Intu Properties, Prudential, and Hammerson.
