Biography

Deeksha Rathi is a senior associate at Slaughter and May. She advises a broad range of domestic and international clients on all areas of UK corporate tax law, including high-value, complex M&A, corporate finance transactions and disputes and settlements with HMRC. Deeksha has a particular focus on transactions in energy, infrastructure and natural resources. Deeksha has a BCL and a DPhil in Law from the University of Oxford. She is the UK national reporter for the IBA’s Taxes Committee. Deeksha has contributed to the Tax Journal and authored the UK chapter for Financier Worldwide's 2024 Global Tax publication.
