Biography

Senior Counsel of Zhong Lin Law Firm. Former Deputy Director of Department of American and Oceanian Affairs of Ministry of Commerce. In recent years, I primarily practice in Import and Export Controls and Sanctions, providing compliance consulting services to high-tech companies and financial institutions. I specialize in providing legal services related to international trade controls and global compliance with bilateral and multilateral economic sanctions. I have developed extensive expertise in assisting Chinese companies in dealing with U.S. export controls, responding to U.S. export controls investigations, achieving removal from blacklists, as well as building corporate compliance mechanisms. My capabilities are most prominent in comprehensive compliance mechanisms, export controls and sanctions compliance, and national security review of cross-border investment.
