Biography

Emilio is a partner at ArbLit, where he specializes in commercial and investor-state arbitration, with a particular focus on disputes linked to Latin America. In addition to his counsel work, Emilio sits as arbitrator and has acted as secretary to arbitral tribunals in high-profile cases. Emilio is Co-Chair of the Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards Subcommittee of the IBA Arbitration Committee.
