Biography

Marina is a Joint Managing Partner of TKQP, a boutique dispute resolution law firm in Singapore. She a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience handling cross-border matters in the Singapore International Commercial Court and arbitration proceedings, as well as domestic matters in the Singapore Courts. Marina has acted for entities incorporated in different jurisdictions and is also counsel in various arbitration and court proceedings arising from disputes between joint venture partners in their regional investments. Awards, accolades and rankings secured over the years, as well as her appointment as Senior Counsel, reflect her standing in the legal profession.
