Biography

Jun Yang Jun is a senior partner of Jade & Fountain, a Chinese law firm headquartered in Shanghai. He started his legal career in late 1990s. Jun’s practice is focused on, among others, dispute resolution. Jun has represented numerous clients for their contentious matters in China. Very often, the cases handled by Jun involve a cross border dimension. The clientele which Jun has served covers a wide range of industries (in particular, media, insurance, manufacturing, food etc). Jun is recognized for his insightful understanding of Chinese business context and solution-oriented legal expertise.
