Biography
Audley is an arbitrator specialising in the resolution of disputes arising out of investment and trade, including infrastructure and energy projects. He is a King's Counsel. He is a an Arbitrator Member of Twenty Essex, London. He is currently Vice-President of ICCA. And Chair of Sport Resolutions. He has been Chair of the LCIA Board (2017-2022), Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee (2006-8), Rapporteur of the ILA Arbitration Committee, Vice-President of the LCIA Court, and a Member of the ICC Court and Commission. He has New Zealand and Ireland nationality.
