Biography

Piseth Duch is now a practising lawyer and running his Business & Human Rights Law Group. He also represents Business & Human Rights Resource Centre in Cambodia. Piseth graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Law and Politics with first class honours in 2016 from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Since 2012, Piseth has had extensive experiences working for both local and international human rights organizations in advocating with government officials, court personnel, lawyers, civil society, international community and relevant stakeholders for the promotion and protection of human rights, including corporate respect for human rights, labour rights, fair trial rights, access to justice, legal and judicial reform, gender equality and inclusion.
