Biography

Dr. Lincoln Tsang trained in cancer pharmacology, toxicology, clinical pharmacology, and law is a partner and head of European Life Sciences of Ropes & Gray LLP. His practice focuses on both contentious and non-contentious matters in the life sciences sector. Formerly head of biologics at the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Agency, he has advised bodies such as the European Medicines Agency, European Commission, Council of Europe, World Health Organization, and several foreign governments, playing an instrumental role in developing regional and global legislative and policy frameworks for the industry.
