Biography

Federica is a highly qualified economist specializing in the areas of competition and antitrust at AlixPartners UK. She developed extensive expertise in the area of merger control cases, having acted as an economic adviser in high-profile merger investigations at the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. Federica’s experience also includes advising on litigation, abuse-of-dominance cases and vertical agreements. Clients benefit from Federica’s completion of projects across a broad range of business sectors, particularly tech/digital and financial services. Previously, she worked on market investigations in the competition and economics division of the Financial Conduct Authority. Federica has a Master of Science in competition and market regulation from the Barcelona School of Economics and a Master of Science in European economics and business law from Tor Vergata University of Rome.
