Guy Dominy

Biography

Guy is a client-facing former lawyer who helps private investment fund managers, and their onshore counsel, coordinate the set-up and maintenance of their offshore investment fund structures and alternative investment vehicles. He has more than 20 years of experience in the private funds and legal industries in the Americas, Europe and Asia. He also possesses considerable advisory experience as a transactional funds lawyer, both inhouse at a large private equity fund manager and at major international law firms, Freshfields and Latham & Watkins. In his capacity as Chief Commercial Officer of Ogier, Guy supports the development and execution of the firm's global strategy and business expansion.
