Biography

Stephanie Molinari is a Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel at State Street. She is currently responsible for legal teams supporting the Asset Manager Segment, the Latin American Practice Group and Intragroup Outsourcing. Stephanie is a multilingual attorney responsible for leading transformative business and strategic matters across State Street as part of the management and delivery of legal support to a global range of business lines including the asset manager, asset owner, private wealth and middle office business lines. Stephanie has extensive experience negotiating complex asset servicing and outsourcing agreements, and most recently led the team negotiating the acquisitions of two of State Street’s largest joint ventures, and the successful integration of 13,000 new State Street employees across 5 Indian cities. Stephanie has developed a broad range of knowledge and experience in practice areas including traditional banking, global custody, trust/fiduciary services, fund administration, investment accounting, TA/shareholder services, and middle and front office service across multiple client segments and asset classes and numerous domestic and international regulatory regimes. Prior to joining State Street, Stephanie worked at Fidelity Investments, Massachusetts Financial Services Co and spent several years in the mutual fund practice group at Bingham McCutchen, LLP (now Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP). Stephanie earned her B.A. in French Language and Literature from Boston College, her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University. She is a member of State Street’s Operating Group, State Street’s Irish American Professional Network Steering Committee and the Boston Ballet Board of Advisors.
