Biography

Chief Sustainability and Institutional Communication Officer as of January 2024, Virginia joined Reale Group in 2016 as Head of Sustainability then also becoming Head of Institutional Communication in 2020. She is also Head of the Sustainability Working Group in AMICE, part of the same Group in Eurapco and AMICE Board Member. Previously, Virginia worked for Lavazza and Juventus Football Club, as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. From 2003 to 2011, Virginia worked for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Political Advisor and Spokesperson in the multilateral diplomatic missions in Kosovo, Georgia and Afghanistan Virginia graduated in La Sorbonne, with a Masters Degree in International Law and a post- graduate degree in Economics from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). Virginia is fluent in English, French, Spanish and German and has some basic knowledge of Serbian and Georgian.
