Biography

Mercedes Rodríguez Giavarini has extensive experience in international business transactions, including M&A, cross-border investment contracts and financing transactions, as well as corporate governance issues and securities & stock markets regulation. Ms. Rodríguez Giavarini is a partner within the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Mitrani Caballero. Previously, she was an associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2006-2007), with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York (2004-2006) and with Allende & Brea (2001-2003). Ms. Rodríguez Giavarini was admitted in Buenos Aires in 2001.
