Biography

I am a partner in the firm's corporate finance team. My practice covers all areas of corporate finance work, specialising in complex M&A transactions and joint ventures. I regularly advise both quoted companies and their financial advisers on corporate governance issues and fundraisings. I advise private and public companies on both UK and cross-border deals in a range of sectors and regularly advise overseas investors investing, or acquiring assets, in the UK.
