Biography

A corporate & commercial managing associate at Greenwoods Legal Services Limited, a national firm based in London, Cambridge and Peterborough. Francesca previously worked for an international law firm, and advises businesses and individuals based in the UK and internationally with private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, as well as contract reviews, general commercial issues and company law matters. Francesca prides herself on being an approachable and proactive lawyer. Indeed, the Legal 500 for M&A deals up to £50m highlighted her as being “strong in negotiations with a good sense for solutions”.
