Tamara Paquet is a trilingual General Counsel / Syndikusrechtsanwältin at Terra One Climate Solutions GmbH in Berlin, Germany, with a deep passion for renewable energy. With more than 20 years of in-house experience in the renewable energy sector across France, Germany, and international markets, Tamara brings extensive expertise and a strong track record in providing strategic, business-oriented legal advice that creates high added value. Her work encompasses all key legal aspects of wind and solar projects as well as battery energy storage system (BESS) — covering the full lifecycle from development and construction to operation. In addition, she advises on corporate and project financing, procurement, and M&A. Recently, she has expanded her focus to include the emerging field of AI-based energy trading. Committed to lifelong learning, Tamara recently earned an Executive Master in Enjeux Juridiques & Leadership from Sciences Po, Paris, France.
