Co-Head of the Labour and Industrial Relations Practice at Gianni & Origoni - Italy (For more information please visit https://www.gop.it/practice_area_view.php?lang=eng&cat=12) Co-Coordinator of the Firm's ESG Focus Team (For more information please visit https://www.gop.it/focus_team_view.php?lang=eng&cat=11) Alessandra, based in Milan, is an expert in labour law and industrial relations, in complex company restructuring and reorganization, in the outsourcing/insourcing processes, in top management contracts and remuneration packages as well as in contentious matters. Sensitive to issues linked to social sustainability, with particular focus on human rights, diversity, flexibility and social taxonomy, Alessandra is a key partner of our Firm’s ESG Focus Team, created in order to answer to the needs related to the management and integration of ESG factors. She is member of AGI (the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association) and EELA (the European Employment Lawyers Association).
