Biography

Luca Chiama - Legal Director at Prada Group Luca is a lawyer and senior executive with over 20 years of experience managing legal and corporate affairs departments of multinational groups listed on the stock exchange, operating in the international market. His career has developed on international projects in which he has acquired the ability to be a skilled negotiator and manager, coordinating activities and projects of IPOs, M&As, corporate governance, partnerships, and strategic commercial and industrial reorganizations with the support of international staff. In 2008, he joined the Prada Group as head of the legal office, where he took on roles of increasing responsibility until becoming the Group's Legal Director. He also held the position of Legal Manager of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team sailing team during the 36th America's Cup. Before that, he worked in the Tiscali Group, holding the position of head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Office of Tiscali Italia Spa and secretary of the Board of Directors. During his professional career, he also held the position of Board Member, secretary of the Board of Directors, and Liquidator of Italian and foreign companies. Pragmatic and innovative, he strongly believes that corporate identity and culture are some of the main characteristics with which to face the changes and challenges that the market presents day by day. He collaborates with various universities, teaching commercial law as well as promoting the role of the corporate lawyer and corporate culture.
