Biography
Jenni Ramos is a UK qualified (non-practising) corporate and commercial solicitor who originated the Nature-Intelligent Legal Services Toolkit under its former working title Scope 4 Nature before partnering with International Bar Association (IBA) committees to develop it into a toolkit. Jenni's previous roles include researching nature-related corporate and financial risks at the Commonwealth Climate and Law Initiative (co-authoring the report “Biodiversity Risk: Legal Implications for Companies and their Directors” and commissioning influential legal opinions clarifying directors' duties) and facilitating the creation of climate-related contractual clauses at The Chancery Lane Project. Jenni trained as a solicitor at Allen & Overy, practised corporate law, and held various roles in contracts, governance, and compliance.
