Biography

Since August 2017, Paolo has served as the Compliance Officer of the FIA, the international federation of motorsport. Reporting to the FIA Senate, Paolo oversees compliance with external regulations and develops internal controls to mitigate ethics and compliance risks. Paolo spearheads compliance due diligence processes, facilitates the reporting of concerns and implements anti-bribery and corruption measures. Before his role at the FIA, Paolo worked on corporate compliance at JTI, contributed to legal matters at CNH Industrial and gained insight into internal auditing at Stellantis (formerly Fiat Group). With a robust background spanning various sectors, Paolo brings extensive knowledge and experience in regards to ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a culture of integrity.
