Ambassador to Austria, Cuba, France, Japan , Slovenia and Switzerland. -Head of delegation on Human Rights, Peace and International Security, Disarmament, Migration and Drugs international conferences. -Chair of UN Security Council Committees and at the OAS. -Negotiator of the Peace Process in Central America (Contadora Group) and Group of six on Disarmament and No Proliferation. -Author of several publications on different issues of finternational affairs: Guest speaker in prestigious academic institutions in Mexico and abroad.
