Biography

Partner of RPLT legalitax. Anna has solid experience in the transportation sector, in the management and establishment of corporations – especially those operating in the Aviation sector and airport services, their administration, control, ownership and governance systems. She has experience in advising on aviation regulatory matters and insolvency and enforcement issues. She is tenured Professor of Air Law at the University of Bologna. She is editor of ‘The Aviation and Space Journal’ (http://www.aviationspacejournal.com). She is in the board of the European Air Law Association (EALA).
