Biography

Lawyer (advocaat) specialized in commercial contracting and commercial litigation. I assist clients during the whole “life cycle” of their commercial contracts. My practice covers conducting contract negotiations and drafting (complex) commercial contracts as well as representing clients in court proceedings in relation to contract law disputes. Examples are: (framework) purchase- and sale agreements, distribution- and agency agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements and general terms and conditions (B2B and B2C). In addition, I advice and litigate in respect of a broad range of contract law issues, such as: breach of contract, default, the termination of contracts and pre-contractual liability.
