Biography

Nicola Broadhurst is a partner in Stevens & Bolton’s commercial team and head of the firm’s franchise and ESG practices. She is a transactional lawyer specialising in business expansion with a particular emphasis on international expansion through franchising, distribution, supply and licensing. She is also co-chair of the firm's Luxury and fashion sector. She has in depth experience in advising fashion, luxury and hospitality brands on the scale up of their operations and general commercial issues including consumer law, regulatory compliance and data protection. She is a council member of the IBA's European Regional Forum, chairing the Western Regional Group as well as the IBA’s International Franchising Committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association's franchise forum and an officer of its International Franchise Committee and was recently listed by Global Franchise as one of the top women in franchising for legal services.
