For more than 20 years of legal practice, she has provided international trade and customs legal services for the world's top 500 companies, multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, international law firms and accounting firms and handled many cases with wide influence in the industry. In terms of trade Compliance and Government Regulation, Lawyer Xu makes full use of her multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdiction service ability to assist enterprises in formulating import and export compliance policies and building a compliance system. She provides legal advice on the legal issues related to the daily import and export control of enterprises and analyzes the import and export mode of enterprises, reviews relevant import and export documents and materials, and analyzes the export control risk that enterprises may face and provides legal opinions.
