Biography

Rosalía is the chief counsel of private sector legal affairs of CAF - Development Bank of Latin America, one of the top multilateral banks serving Latin America and the Caribbean. At CAF, she leads the private sector legal division and the team that supports non-sovereign guaranteed financings and investments made by the bank in Latin America and the Caribbean, including project finance, corporate finance, equity and quasi-equity investments, financial markets transactions and restructurings of those transactions. Rosalía is also a member of the Bank’s key committees pertaining to the private sector. Furthermore, she serves as a member of the board of directors of CAF-AM Uruguay, an asset management company with approximately US$2 bn of assets under management and invested in energy and infrastructure projects in Uruguay.
