Biography

Anna Konert - Attorney-at-Law, Full Professor of Law, Legal Advisor for Polish Aviation Group (since 2026), Director of the Institute of Air and Space law at Lazarski University in Warsaw (since 2013). Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration (2018-2026) and Vice-Dean the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Lazarski University (2009-2018). Judge at the Commercial Arbitration Court Ilfov Bucharest (2017 - 2020). She has been specializing in Aviation Law starting in the legal department of Air France in New York in 2006. She is also a committee member of the European Air Law Association (since 2013); Member of Asociación Latino Americana de Derecho Aeronáutico y Espacial (since 2019), Member of the team of experts assessing applications at the National Science Center in Poland (from 2019); Member of The Accrediation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) (since 2024); Member of the legal working group of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency Legal Advisors (EASA) in the field of unmanned aircraft regulation; Member of the European Scientific and Educational Committee UTA (since 2024).
