Biography

With over 10 years of experience as an international corporate lawyer, I co-founded SLLM along my partner Victor, a LatAm boutique law firm of top skilled and well educated international advocates that specialize in advising entrepreneurs, startups, venture capital funds, national and transnational companies, financial institutions, and governments on high-impact operations in Mexico and LatAm. SLLM´s mission is to provide innovative, strategic, and tailored solutions to all our clients, leveraging our expertise in corporate, fintech, banking, and finance law, as well as our vast network of contacts and partners in the North and Latin American region. As a founding partner, I have the privilege to serve as a business consultant and investor, helping to identify, evaluate, and negotiate opportunities for growth, expansion, and collaboration for SLLM and its clients. SLLM has closed multiple deals, contracts, and transactions, involving diverse sectors, such as e-commerce, prop-tech, med-tech, health-tech, deep-tech, biotechnology, renewable energy, fintech, oil & gas, real estate, automotive, government relations, soft landing, industrial, aerospacial, social impact, amongst others. We are passionate advocates for pro bono work and social responsibility, having supported several non-profit organizations and initiatives in the areas of human rights, education, and health.
