Biography

Ryanne specialises in general banking and corporate finance and debt restructuring transactions, including acquisition financing and debt capital market transactions. Her restructuring experiences mainly involves insolvency-sensitive, distressed or liability-driven transactions for multinational companies. Ryanne regularly advises boards of directors of corporate clients, as well as their shareholders, creditors and investors on fiduciary duties and other typical considerations affiliated with distressed situations or transactions.
