Biography

I am an experienced permanent trustee at the Bankruptcy Division of the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court (Sø- og Handelsretten). With more than 20 years of experience, I have gained significant expertise in handling trustee assignments in bankruptcy estates, carrying out liquidations and compulsory dissolutions, and conducting both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. I also work with out-of-court reorganisations, assessments of management liability and litigation.
