Biography

Susanne is a Corporate partner at Matheson LLP’s and leads the firms Public Company Advisory & Corporate Governance Group. As a member of Matheson’s ESG Advisory Group, Susanne leads the firms ESG advisory mandates on non-financial reporting. Susanne also has extensive equity capital markets transaction experience advising clients on IPOs, capital raisings as well as in public company M&A (hostile and recommended). Susanne lectures on Corporate Governance and ESG topics at the Law Society of Ireland and Ireland's Institute of Directors Chartered Director Programme. In 2024 Susanne was winner of Corporate Governance Lawyer of the Year at the IFLR EMEA Women in Business Law Awards and nominated as ESG Leader of the Year at Ireland's Climate Change Leadership Awards. In 2023 Susanne was nominated Corporate Governance Lawyer of the Year and in 2022 nominated as ECM Lawyer of the Year at the IFLR EMEA Women in Business Law Awards.
